Need a new northfieldwifi.com email account? Email us at support@nfldwifi.net and we will get one created for you. Please include the First and Last name you'd like associated with the account, along with the user name.
Have a business account? Have a server that needs Reverse DNS? Email us at dns@nfldwifi.net to set up Reverse DNS on your IP address. Please include the FQDN along with the public IP address you would like the PTR to point to.

Q: What equipment do I need?
A:We will provide you with the equipment needed to receive the wireless signal and get on the internet. If you would like to make your home wireless, then you will need to provide your own wireless router.
Q: How much is the installation fee?
A: It depends on the contract you select. Please see the pricing page for contract options.
Q: How long does the site survey and installation process take?
A: Approximately a hour and a half.
Q: How important is my upload speed?
A: Very. Your upload speed dictates how fast you can send files over the internet. The faster the upload speed the faster and smoother those tasks will become. Especially important for those using VPN connections.
